Does it have an ocean view?
No direct ocean view, but you'll have a wonderful private lanai surrounded by tropical greenery, and the beach is a pleasant 4u20135 minute walk away.n
Does the condo have air conditioning?
Yes! Most Kiahuna units don't have AC due to electrical limitations u2014 we installed one specifically for your comfort.n
Does the condo include pool & fitness center access?
Yes complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club across the street is included with your stay.n
What floor is the condo on?
Ground floor of Building 42, just steps from free parking. No stairs!n
Can you hear road noise?
Our building is along Poipu Road. With the shutters open you may hear light traffic, particularly from the bedroom. Most guests find that closing the windows or running the AC or a fan for white noise completely solves it. Light sleepers who prefer absolute quiet may want to consider a unit closer to the beach (we're happy to suggest options, though they typically come at a higher price).
